WIP310 and Vonage SIP

I just received a WIP310 and able to connect with the network.  Status shows as not registered with Vonage  (I have the SIP information for Vonage).  I cannot access the cfg file to modify and do not know which entries on the web-UI I need to populate.  Any suggestions.

Normally you just need to populate the proxy, userID and password.
