Does any know if these phones will work with the UC320W.

If not are there any other models that will work and have the same features.

Hello Felipe,

No, those phones won't work with a UC320W.  A number of people have been using a DECT cordless phone plugged into the FXS port of the UC320W for a wireless solution.  We have more wireless solutions coming in an upcoming feature release.
