Bom dia pessoal, o print do DNa analyser abaixo indica que está com problema, correto? e as chamadas estão saindo por outro tronco, porem no gw que era pra sair todas as interfaces estão no ar e atraves do sh voice call status as interfaces estão saindo pela interface correta, o que posso fazer como troubleshooting? 

Qual é a sequencia correta do DNA analyser se a chamada não estivesse com problema?

Quando a chamada é roteável, o resultado Match Result é RouteThisPattern

Se deu block, é porque a rota está bloqueada para o CSS associado ao device chamante ou a rota simplesmente não existe.
