Pessoa,
Preciso de um help.
Todas as chamadas externas, estão aparecendo com a mensagem Unknown number.
Estou utilizando:
- Duas linhas da Net (Netphone)
- Router Cisco 2800 com a plaquinha FXO VIC2-4FXO
- Switch Cisco 2950
-Telefone IP Cisco 7941
Eu testei um telefone analógico com display direto na linha da Net e o identificador de chamadas funcionou.
No site da Net, eles falam que o telefone precisa ser aceitar a sinalização DTMF.
Já mudei cptone (testei alguns só)
Já fiz algumas configurações do caller id pra receber no primeiro, segundo, terceiro ring o caller id.
Estou usando o Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express Version 7.0(1).

Realmente o ponto de atenção no seu caso é o get_fxo_caller_id:Caller ID receive failed. parseCallerIDString:no data.
Primeiramente faça um teste retirando o connection plar da FXO, e através do debug vpm signal e ou debug voice ccapi inout.
Verifique se consegue ver o Caller ID da chamada.
Um outro teste que voce pode fazer é utilizar o comando connection plar opx immediate na FXO.
Tente utilizar o comando caller-id alerting ring 2 na FXO ou de acordo como a operadora entrega a identificação da chamada.

Fiz os testes que você pediu, mas não resolveu... ainda aparece get_fxo_caller_id:Caller ID receive failed. parseCallerIDString:no data. e ainda aparece no display do telefone "Unknown number" =(
But !!!!! Sem querer você resolveu outro problemão meu cara !!!!

Bom, voltando ao problema "Unknown number", ainda não sei o que fazer....
Não sei se ajuda, mas o meu IOS é o Cisco IOS Software, 2800 Software (C2800NM-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 12.4(22)T , RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

Bruno.... Problema resolvido!!!!! Consegui ....
Cara, eu fui lá na Santa e comprei um conversor da Maxtel ZK-30 por R$ 20,00 que converte DTMF em FSK e deu certo.
Tirei uma foto, da uma olhada.
Depois eu troquei o cptone para AR.
Valeuuuu mesmo pela ajuda...
Acho que o que resolveu também foi o connection plar opx immediate + cptone AR + conversor de dtmf para fsk
