Problemas configuração E1 da Oi

Bom dia pessoal,

Cisco Log Error:  000177: *Sep 26 13:03:36.908: hwic_t1e1_wic_bp_disconnect: disconnect failed

000178: *Sep 26 13:07:06.205: %FLEXDSPRM-3-TDM_CONNECT: failed to connect voice-port (0/0/0) to dsp_channel(0/0/7)

Algum dia essas E1 funcionaram?

Quais  IOS usados?

Qual o tipo das E1? R2? ISDN?

Qual o status dos canais? use o comando show voice call sum

metering

release-guard-time 1000

release-ack

https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuj64211

Symptom:

Call start failing with below messages on the syslog :

" FLEXDSPRM-3-TDM_CONNECT failed to connect voice-port (0/0/0) to dsp_channel(0/0/0) "

" hwic_t1e1_wic_bp_disconnect: disconnect failed "

Conditions:

E1 CAS configuration on VWIC3-1MFT-T1/E1

When calls comes on E1 CAS but no channel is available so PVDM3 plays a busy tone and create a TDM connection EHWIC:44/25-->PVDM:82/05 .

After 10 second this connection should drop but it does not break so any new call that comes on EHWIC:44/25 fails and generate following error :

" FLEXDSPRM-3-TDM_CONNECT failed to connect voice-port (0/0/0) to dsp_channel(0/0/0) "

" hwic_t1e1_wic_bp_disconnect: disconnect failed "

Workaround:

Reload the router fixes the issue Temporarily .

(4)
15.4(1.3)T

15.4(1.4)T

15.4(1.8)S

15.4(1.9.1)XEB

Desculpe a demora pessoal.
