Enhanced user license is only found in cucm ver 9.x and above. Cucm v8 used dlus license.

That's not true. You need to purchase UCL/CUWL with CUCM 8.6 (although you still see DLUs when installing licenses in the server). 

You have to use part number R-UNIFIED-CMBE6K for add-ons of BE6K 8.x. Just select the appropiate quantity of UCL Enhanced you need.
