I have a customer who has an RV 082. They want to set up a VPN tunnel to a large site. The "foreign" site already has a tunnel using my clients private addressing scheme (192.168.0.x) so they want my client side's VPN tunnel to also perform 1-1 NAT from another addressing scheme (10.100.111.x). I cannot see any way to make this work. Any suggestions?
it would really make sense that the remote end perfomed the NAT! However saying that reading the RV82 user guide it does not appear to me that your requirement is supported. BUT you may want to test someting, you could try and use your basic network NAT i.e outside to inside....then on your VPN tunnel. use the "outside" nat you defined.....the question always is....when does the NAT occur!!!!
