3002 Hardware Client losing user password

Hi, I have a Cisco 3002 VPN Hardware client located at a remote site, which connects (IPsec over TCP) to our Cisco 3005 concentrator. The issue, is that the password for the user account (to authenticate to the Windows server), disappears randomly. Sometimes it may be after a day, sometimes it lasts for a week.

Once the password is re-entered, all is fine again. The group authentication details are fine and have never disappeared.
