We have about 4 3002 clients connecting via DSL. We experience that these clients often disconnect out of themselves. Sometimes they reconnect again, but often we have to visit the place (DHCP on the outside of 3002) to manually reconnect.
Is there some way we can make the 3002 client less sensetive for DSL disturbances? How can we make sure the 3002 clients always reconnect out of themselves again?
If your service provider has given you a Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP) over Ethernet (PPPoE)-based digital subscriber line (DSL) connection, make sure that you have the right user name and password for the PPPoE authentication. You can also specify your system name on the Public Interface screen. The system name in this example is "3002."
