5505 vpn questions

Hey guys, I think I am a little over my head here but trying to get some resouces to look over. Basically we have an IAD being handled by our ISP that is doing NAT and DHCP, I am wanting to drop our ASA 5505 right behind it and use it strictly for VPN at first and possibly explore other options that the 5505 has later. Can someone point me in the right direction to find a basic configuration setup for what I am needing? Everything I find wants me to have the ASA handle NAT, which I would prefer not to do unless completely necessary... Thanks guys.

5505 vpn questions

If the 5505 does VPN but not NAT, you will need to have your provider's device setup to allow the required ports/protocols in to the 5505 "outside" interface.

Once you get that setup, it's pretty straightforward to setup an ASA for remote access (or site-site) VPN. Cisco provides a VPN Wizard in the ASDM GUI that will step you through all the necessary configuration parameters. Here is a link to the relevant chapter.
