about ipsec nat traversal

I'm testing a ipsec nat traversal,but I can't find out a detailed example on cco,for instance how to configure or troubleshooting . could you like to provide some information about it , thanks a lot.

thank your help, I have read the document , but there is not a whole configuration about nat-t, I knew the nat-t function using udp port 4500 , I used command (debug cry isakmp and debug cry ipsec) but can't find the output that have source or destination port is 4500.
