I'm using a command:
access-list 101 extended permit ip 192.168.x.x 255.255.255.0 eq 80
but everytime I put it in it says eq is invalid.

That is because extended ACL's require a source and destination IP and or source and destination TCP/UDP port numbers.

access-list 101 extended permit tcp 192.x.x.x 255.255.x.x any eq www.
