Hi,
We've purchased a SSL_VPN license to use on a 1921.
The installation went as usual, but the active license still is the evaluation license.
Is there a way to activate the permanent license? I've already restarted the device.
I'm familiar with the "license boot c1900 technology-package" command, but I don't think this applies to a SSL_VPN license.
Here is part of the 'sh license detail' output:
Index: 1 Feature: SSL_VPN Version: 1.0
License Type: EvalRightToUse
License State: Active, In Use
Evaluation total period: 8 weeks 4 days
Evaluation period left: 6 weeks 2 days
Period used: 2 weeks 1 day
Transition date: Nov 30 2014 12:11:05
License Count: 75/0 (In-use/Violation)
License Priority: High
Store Index: 2
Store Name: Built-In License Storage
Index: 2 Feature: SSL_VPN Version: 1.0
License Type: Permanent
License State: Inactive
License Count: 25/0/0 (Active/In-use/Violation)
License Priority: Medium
Store Index: 2
Store Name: Primary License Storage
Kind regards,
Roel

The permanent license will activate as soon as the evaluation license expires.
If you really want to alter the priority before then, you can use "license modify priority SSL_VPN low" from the privileged command prompt to reduce the evaluation license's priority to low, making the permanent license active.

Thank you very much for your reply.
That is the behavior I would expect, but I couldn't find any confirmation.
