Allowing local lan access for only one user

We are using using Active Directory to authenticate our Any Connect vpn users.  I would like to be able to allow local lan access for just one user without enabling it for all users.  Does anyone know if that is possible and if so, can you point me to some documentation for it?  I have searched everywhere, but can't find anything that addresses this need.  We are using an ASA running 8.2 code.

I do not think if that is possible with AD being ACS this option was there or if user was locallu authenticated on ASA . Another trick can be diffrent group-policy with filter.
