Hi Everyone,

For anyconnect the order of policy is

DAP

user policy

group policy

group

default group policy

Here DAP has highest preference.

Need to understand user policy here refer to connection profile?

Regards

MAhesh

Hi Mahesh,

No, it's separate and usually specifies the pre-login policy. Connection profile is also known as tunnel group.

The order for connection profile comes right after group policy and before default policy.

Hi,

You'll see on Cisco documentation that it's called a 'group policy attribute attached to connection profile.'

Personally, I would just call it a connection profile (or sometimes tunnel group). The VPN terms or jargons can be confusing at first.

so does it mean that  connection profile= group as per the original post?
