I want to run Secure Desktop over the Web portal and run the Anyconnect client without it. So far, I can't see a way to do this. Does anyone know if this is possible?
Thanks!

As far as I know it is possible to have anyconnect without secure desktop. But I haven't tried yet.

Indeed, it is. TAC assisted me with this one. Basically, you go into the Prelogin (or Location Settings) of CSD and create two profiles (one AnyConnect, and one WEBVPN, making sure to remove CSD and CC checkmarks from AnyConnect), based on a file lookup, registry entry, or process ID. Then you go to the DAP and create two policies with matching Endpoint ID's. Make sure to tell each the proper login method, Anyconnect is Anyconnect and WEBVPN is Web Portal.

Could you give some expanded instructions on how you did this? I'm not quite understanding what you did based on this post.
