AnyConnect for Android - Always-on VPN?

Hi,

we are using AnyConnect for Android on Samsung Device and we are really satisfied about the way it works - both on tablets ond smartphones.

But unfortunately, there's one feature missing which we would like to apply to a group of our users - Always-on VPN

The release notes of the current version confirm this:

So, does anyone of you know something about the roadmap of the AnyConnect for Android? Will this feature be supported in one of the next releases? Maybe it's possible with Android 4.0?

Looking at some discussions internally it looks like limitation of API provided to us by the OS.

It would be a good idea to bring it up with your SE and with Motorola.
