AnyConnect over UMTS Connections are very slow

Dear all,

we installed the latest Version Cisco AnyConnect Client on our Notebooks, Dell, HP, Fujitsu...

With a WiFi Connection 802.11... it works fine.

Changing the connection type to UMTS, (with a UMTS-Stick from our phone provider), starting

the AnyConnect Client, waiting for an established connection it works also, but so

slow that connections e.g. File Explorer, Outlook Exchange and so on, becomes timeouts

and dies.
