AnyConnect profile settings mandatea single user

I have an ASA 5505 running 8.2(2) and I have AnyConnect set up and working, until last night.  We are getting an error that states,

"AnyConnect profile settings mandate a single local user, but multiple local users are currently logged into your computer.  A VPN connection will not be established."

Please help I can't find what it means.

It means that you have multiple logons on your local computer which is not allowed when you are trying to connect with AnyConnect. You could have RDP access and local access at the same time, and if you have that, AnyConnect won't be able to connect.
