ASA 5505 VPNs

I am planning to use ASA 5505 (with 50 User license) for Out of band management for 30 Devices.

My requirement is to use two site2site VPN tunnels and 2/3 Remote access Vpn users accessing the Data Center over ASA 5505s.

As per the data sheet it supports 10 IPsec VPN peers. Does this 10 Vpn peer means combination of site2site & Remote Access VPN peers?

Yes, with Base License ASA 5505 support maximum site-to-site and remote access VPN sessions - 10. With Security Plus - 25.
