ASA 5510 subinterface issue

Hi Everybody,

I have created two (e0/0.200 and e0/0.201)subintefaces on ASA ex Vlan 200 and 201, this is donw for impossing the accesslist between the servers placed in Vlan 200 and 201.

Same VLANs are creted at the Swicth connected with ASAe0/0 interface.

now the problem is when I am launching ASDM subinterfaces are not showing. Now please help me how can I crate access rule between Vlan 200 and 201

Hi Shashi,

Just want some clarification are these interfaces not coming in ASDM or showing you down ? A simple ping from server to the IP configured for subinterface will tell you the status.

Also make sure switch end side is configured for trunk .
