ASA 55xx enforcing HTTP proxy

I have migrated from VPN 3000 head unit and 3002 hardward clients at 17 locations to ASA5510 head unit and 5505 at now 19 locations.  All locations connect fine and work well with one exception.  All remote sites are forced to add the central office http proxy address to get pages to display.  If I add the proxy to internet connections pages display fine.  Using remote access vpn for all sites.  But this adding unnecessary bandwidth to the CO

here is the default group config all groups inherit from here:

group-policy DfltGrpPolicy attributes
dns-server value 10.130.100.9 10.130.100.6
vpn-tunnel-protocol IPSec svc webvpn
ipsec-udp enable
intercept-dhcp 255.255.255.0 enable
nem enable
msie-proxy method no-proxy
msie-proxy local-bypass enable

Also If I place an old VPN 3002 at the remote site it gives web pages without adding central office proxy.  Any Ideas?
