ASA 7.2(2) outside interface changing with old IP routed to new IP

I have an ASA5510 that is going to have to change it's outside IP to a whole new subnet 108.x.x.x the existing IP is 66.x.x.x.

The ISP is going to let them keep using their old IPs by 'routing' them to a new 108.x.x.x address. my questions are related to NAT, I have several NAT statments and VPN tunnels that terminate on the old IPs. Is there any way I can do a static (outside, outside) command or something else that could allow the VPN tunnels not to break?

Based on the static (inside, outside) statments I have currently on the 66.x.x.x network, when the ISP routes the old IPs to the new IP is the ASA going to translate IPs that are on a different subnet than the outside interface?

Thanks for any help on this!
