ASA firewall and only web server behind it

Want to place a web server behind my ASA.Only want to allow http traffic through it.There will not be any inside network at all as I need to want to place my server in some third party datacenter. Not more than 70-80 users will be accessing this.

Here want to know:

1.Does ASA count session/USER based on inbound or outbound connections. As my server will be in prtoested zone nothing else and rest of the user will access using internet/publically.

2. How should I place the server and NAT and access list to allow users to access it.No inside network. Will be only DMZ only.Would like to know config step.Surely I need to go for Static NAT.

Any ideas over the same would be highly appriciated.

Reg,

Yes. Static NAT between outside and DMZ interface is a good choice. Refer the following URL for ASA configurationhttp://cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/vpndevc/ps2030/products_configuration_example09186a00806745b8.shtml. URL specifies email access change it to http in places of SMTP to suite your configuration.
