ASA-ISA remote access?

When I configure site-to-site vpn between ASA and ISA it works, but when i tried to configure them L2TP over Ipsec VPN, link is not created.I am using ASDM 6.1(3) which  the option for the L2TP is located on the remote access vpn. I want to configure L2TP/IPSEC between them any idea on this please?

Or IS the IPsec tunnel mode is the only option between them?

You can only configure IPSec for site-to-site VPN tunnel between ASA and ISA.

L2TP over IPSec is for remote access vpn client, not for site-to-site vpn tunnel.
