ASA phone proxy and l2l vpn tunnels

We have a 5520 that is configured with phone proxy for 1 person remote offices to use.  We also have larger offices that have l2l vpn tunnels back to the 5520 that have Cisco phones.  We are trying to figure out how to get the phone proxy connections to be able to do 4 digit dialing back to the remote offices.

Basically the phone proxy is working fine when they call to the main office.  Trying to figure out how to allow the phone proxy call to connect to the remote offices back through the vpn tunnel.

Thank You

Re: ASA phone proxy and l2l vpn tunnels

Hi Patrick.

From vpn perspective this should work fine as long as your l2l tunnels have their crypto acls matching traffic between the phone-proxy MTA defined on the ASA and the remote l2l site networks.

i hope this helps.

Regards,

Fadi.
