ASA - Softpphone thro SSL vpn

I have problem with softphone ,when am using ssl vpn (ASA).i got one way communication .Is there ant possible solution for solve the issue ? anybody facing the problem previously ?

Am using nortel softphone.when am connect thro ssl vpn ,i can reached voice server .

when am using RAVPN thro Concentrator ...its working fine

IS there any solutions ?

Are you using any ACLs?

If its not an acl problem, look at what ports the softphone is using. Make sure that there being either redirected either Loopback or portforwarded.
