ASA when connected via vpn client can't access devices on mgmt network

When connected via vpn to ASA, I can't access devices that sit on the network of the management interface. Example:  when connected via vpn I can't access the server10.10.38.10.  I have this statement in the ASA:

route management 10.10.38.0 255.255.255.0 10.10.86.1 1

Would this be the cause and if so what is the fix ?

Thanks

Is hard to tell without a bit more topology information -  but looking at your route statement I would check if your 10.10.86.1 gateway has a route back for your VPN network - that is -  does your 10.10.86.1 router  knows about your VPN RA Subnet?

I would also check  your access rules -    do you have access rules in your firewall allow  RA VPN subnet to access your management  subnet?

Regards
