bandwidth management BOX not checkable on cisco VPN concentrator

Hi, When i click on Check box in Bandwidth management option, it checks and then refreshes and check box is unchecked, why its happening?:-s any idea?

attached is screenshot what i mean. but checkbox becomes unchecked, itself when i click on apply.

please check the logs, especially the BMGT class of logs. They should tell you what is wrong.
