Bluescreen problems with VPN-client

Hi, I have a problem with customers laptop. First the problem was that VPN connection did not work with wwan connections. The connection was established but no traffic went through. We tried to fix it with DNEupdate done like this:

This fix has usually worked but not this time. After the DNEinstallation the computer bluescreens when the VPN-client connects. It doesn't matter if you try to connect from lan, wlan or wwan it now always blue screens.

I removed the DNEupdate and reinstalled the VPN with no success. Could somebody help me with this.

The computer is windows 7 x64 and the vpn client version is: 5.0.07.0290-9

antivirus software is F-secure client security
