Does anyone know if you can create a vpn site to site between two routers and then bridge all traffic over this ?
Basically both sites have the same ip subnet and they need to be connected together. customer cannot change the subnet so we are looking at creating a bridge over the vpn. if anyone knows if you can do it then is there any guides on the cisco website anyway for this ?

Hi
As of i know, bridging is for non routable traffic like SNA/Netbuie,
But for your case you no need to go for finding info on briding, instead you can use IP NAT OVERLAPPING Concept to solve this issue..
hope it helps you.

Hi,
Do you have any info on this ?

oh yes do able. Build a GRE tunnel and then bridge the traffic over the GRE tunnel and if necessary encrypt the traffic over IPSec.
P.S - Your router may cry saying this isnt a supported feature. You can ignore it, it will work fine ( Have done it successfully).
