Browse the internet through vpn

Hey is there a way to browse the internet through the vpn connectin i already have split tunneling configured but with that im not actually browsing from the remote lan internet.

I can only browse if i use a web proxy from the remote lan.

Hi,

If you want to browse the Internet through the VPN connection and therefore use the VPN devices Internet connection then you will have to use Full Tunnel or if there is only specific destinations on the Internet that you want to access to through the VPN client connection then you need to add those to the Split Tunnel configuration.

Also, if you have not configured any Internet connectivity for the VPN Client directly through the VPN device then you might need some additional configurations also to enable this connectivity.

If you are using an ASA or PIX firewall then the easiest way to determine what is needed would be to see the configuration or go through them in parts.
