This is my first post in this Forum. This post is about VPN Tunnel.
Fine..this is the issue im facing.
We have VPN running between Two Locations-lets take it as Location A and Location B. Location B ( Checkpoint)is connected to remote offices through MPLS cloud. Now we are building a backup VPN between Location A ( Same Firewall-Cisco) and Location C( Cisco). Just like location B, location C is also connected to remote offices through the Same MPLS cloud. How to go about this?
My Questions are:
1. If the Primary VPN fails how the traffic will know it should take the Backup VPN.
2. And how the return route is to be made?
To make it simple...how to implement a Failover VPN?
