Cache Cleaner does not launch with CSD 3.5

Hi all,

I have CSD set up with a Prelogin Policy that checks a few registry keys, and launches Cache Cleaner based on the results.  This has been working fine with CSD 3.4 for ages, but if I use the csd_3.5.841-k9 image, Cache Cleaner doesn't launch on the workstations.  The hostscan.log file doesn't show any indication that it is checking the registry keys.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

I think I have a similar problem. Im using same CSD image 3.5.841-k9 and when it does install, it doesn't appear as though cache cleaner launches. I'm used to seeing CSD icon in systray with older versions of CSD. I also can't get manual csd.exe to work either.

Hi,

I'm using version 3.5.2008 and have the same issue. Has anyone found the solution? Voult starts normally but cache cleaner doent launch at all.

It is being tested on XP so no blame for win7 OS, as there are many issues with it.

any suggestions?
