CAM can not get port switch configuration

I have a CAM and CAS with HA. The mode is OOB Real-IP Gateway.

When I controlled the switch port to CAM management, the computer in that port have comunication problem like lost the network access in 15-20 minutes.

I see CAM log and find the follow error:

SEVERE: Failed to map dot1dBasePort to ifIndex.

SEVERE: Failed to find the configuration of switch [Switch_IP_Address] dot1dBasePort [5] port [0] .

The switch is WS-C2960-24TT-L, IOS 12.2(25)SEE2 Lan Base.

I have another switch 2960 with the same feature and the controlled port work fine.

I hope someone can help me.

Hello,

I fix the problem describe here. I saw the CAM log at level all.

The problem happens when the computer is behin the ip phone. I review Global Filter and change the Access Type to IGNORE, because was ALLOW and the system try to change VLAN in the port.
