Can Anyconnect VPN overwrite a default gateway?

I've been working with Lenovo Thinkpad Tablet X200 and X201 with Windows 7 OS installed at work. Starting last week whenever the VPN Anyconnect is on and a person attempts to use the Gobi broadband cell card the Default Gateway becomes and the user is connected to their local but cannot go anywhere else.

All other attempts to change the gateway including renew/release, refreshing the stack, even deleting the route do not work.

The computers have Cisco AnyConnect VPN established (they also have the latest Cisco VPN 5.x version, but as that does not work with the wireless cards we have been pushing towards anyconnect).

What type of conflicts would cause this? It seems that the VPN is overwriting something, but we can't figure out what it is from our end.

Seems that tunnelall option of the split tunnel is causing this.

Can you post the relevant VPN config?
