Can I run local-ca-server on ASA configured for active/standby failover?

I am trying to set up double authentication for my ssl vpn to meet compliances requirements. I have been reading posts saying that it is not possible to configure local-ca-server on a ASA that runs failover in active/standby mode. Is this true? If it is not true can is there any documentation on how to set this up?

Note The crypto ca server command and related sub-commands are not synchronized to the failover peer.
