Can remote IP address be nat

We are starting to get a lot of site to site VPN's and I think it will keep growing and growing. We have several tunnels that are network I cannot control so they just tell me what internal network is there's and I add that to the VPN setup. I can see I will soon have remote sites with the same internal network. Is there a way to have the remote site NAT there internal network to one I give them.

Yes it is possible to NAT over the VPN.  You just need to create the NAT statement natting your inside network to another subnet, and then create the crypto map to match the NATed subnet.
