Cant Recieve microsoft outlook via VPN Tunnel

Hi Guys  i need help

we create Site to site vpn tunnel from ASA firewall to Cisco Router

the tunnel was establish

all the server's is running we can remote and FTP but the problem is, about the microsoft outlook, they can send email to us but they cant recieve email  from us

There is not enough information here for us to be able to correctly identify the problem or to suggest solutions. A good place to start would be to confirm that hosts in your network can successfully do everything that they need except for the ability to send Email through Outlook. Another helpful thing would be to provide details of the configuration of your router and the ASA.
