Capturing Files sent out via company's network

Hi,

Remote clients log in via VPN to the company network. The company network logs into a remote server via another VPN.

When a client ftp-s a file from the remote client desktop to the remote server ftp site (via the company network who is the middleman), is it possible to capture the file sent to the remote server? If so, how can it be done (any third-party software required, or can the routers/firewalls do it)?

Flow given below:

Remote client -> VPN -> Company network -> VPN -> Remote server

Thanks in advance.

you could firewall everything through the vpn, and set up a proxy server, and force everyone to use it. the proxy can log everything. you might be able to hack something that could cache every file that goes through it
