Cisco 2901 l2tp vpn

I try to configure client-initiated VPDN tunneling (l2tp) using this instruction:

But router doesn't have command:

pseudowire-class

KVRouter(config)#p?

parameter-map  parser        password          policy-manager

policy-map     port-channel  ppp               printer

privilege      process       process-max-time  prompt
