Cisco AnyConnect client crashing

Hi All,

I have a customer recently start installing cisco any connect versio 3.0.08057 , he said it crashing , any idea ?

Saleem,

Is your client have any credential provider software running on the workstation? I have seen one issue where the blue screen will display after reboot and the user will never see the windows login.

See if you can uninstall and install only the vpn package and then see where it start to break, it may take some time to figure out which module is not working but start with just the anyconnect vpn client first, then see how that goes.

Uninstall and reinstall using the vpn client with NAM and then continue the process until you see which module is breaking the unit. There are few bugs with credential providers but would like to see if you can try this first.
