I am hoping someone would be able to help with the following, It appears that Cisco AnyConnect is preventing USB attached BlackBerry devices from connecting to the new BES 10 BlackBerry Administration Service Console. This is required to perform wired provisions.
When connecting a BlackBerry Z10 to a laptop it tries to establish network connections for BlackBerry Virtual Private Network (Tunnel adapter Local Area Connection) with an IP address from subnet 169.254.0.0 and a Research In Motion Network Device (Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection) with an IP address also from the same subnet. With Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client installed/running it is unable to acquire an IP address.
