Cisco Anyconnect VPN for Jabber configuration for NAT

We have setup where CUPS & CUCM are sitting behind the firewall and users are connecting in using Any connect VPN before they can launch and use Cisco Jabber, following issues are observed:

1) User on Jabber cant receive calls but rather it goes to VM after few rings, there is no alert seen on Jabber client

2) Jabber users cant dial each other if they are coming in via VPN, it gives YOUR CALL NOT BE COMPLETED AS DIALED which is coming from CUCM. I have checked calling search space and all looks good as same users were tested over LAN and it worked.

3) Strange thing is Users can dial out using jabber over PSTN

It is a typical Cisco Any connect VPN but I was thinking on the lines that it could be nat issue, below is what I for VPN users who are sitting on 10.100.179.0/24

global (outside) 1 interface

nat (outside) 1 10.100.179.0 255.255.255.0

Any suggestions?? CUCM/CUPS running on 8.6 Jabber is on 9.6.0
