cisco asa 5520 tcp drop ignore packet

hi dears.

i configured site to site and remote vpns on cisco asa 5520 version 8.2. it work perfectly in last 3 years but now it is not woking.

we are not do any change in the configuration. in debug show the tcp teardown and show asp: tcp drop ignore packet is increasing.please help me.

when ping the remote local user ip address it is not woking. at this time i restart asa,after restart ping is working but when i clear the crypto isakmp sa , the ping is stop.
