Cisco ASA and PMTU-D packets issue!

Hi ALL

It is ASA 5555 in my network that is being used as vpn gateway for remote access. It is configured with SSL vpn for remote users. The issue is the users can not browse to some sites using http/https but not all sites ofcorse. I gets this syslog message: PMTU-D packet 1400 grater than effective mtu 1210, dest. xxxx, source xxxx.

Has any one som suggesions for solve the problems. Many tanks in advance!

Have you tried lowering the mtu on the Asa to 1200?

Hi

I thought about it, but this may will have impact for connection speed between end devices. Is there ther way to solve this type of problemes?

No it won't. Adjust the mtu and you'll never know the difference.
