Cisco Management Centre compatibility with other applications
We have a VPN solution which has Management Center for Cisco Security Agents V6.0 installed on the server. We sometimes have requests to unblock applications, which we do by allowing them in a set of trusted files using their path and then allowing the .exe file. We have an application, Isograph Availability Workbench, which the users would like to install. We do not see this application being blocked in the usual manner. We have switched on logging for all deny events and have also tried putting one pc into a group in Audit mode to see all activity. This still shows nothing being blocked. There is also nothing in the event viewer. When the CSA client on the pc is uninstalled, however, the application will launch. It appears that although CSA is not blocking the application it is incompatible. Is there anything we can do to allow the application or at least view logs for what is happening?
