Cisco secure desktop hangs

Whenever users who are behind a firewall try to access our remote access service the secure desktop application become caught in a loop when initiating and then times out. This means they can not even get to the stage where they need to enter their credentials.

You may try changing the version of ASA to 8.0(3).
