Cisco VPN Anyconnect is not working over MTS USB Data Card in India

Hello,

I just bought an MTS USB Data Card to enable me to work while I am travelling in India but then I realise the Cisco VPN is not just coming up while connected over MTS USB Data Card - I use a Apple MACPRO with 10.9 OS. Please help!

Hi Mano,

Have you tried out with some other internet connection and found its working fine? Its just the problem with MTS Dongle?

Have you raised any compliant with MTS CC on this issue?

Hi Karthik,

Thanks for your response. The VPN is fine over asianet cable modem. MTS support is just not available, i keep trying but very poor response and i never get to talk to a technical support.

Hi Mano,

Generally certain ISP's have such problem. Might be due to certificate exchange issue. Do you see any error while connection such as certificate is not-authorized or something?

I see that VPN connects first then VPN goes back to attempting to connect mode - I don't see any message related to certificate.
