cisco vpn client firewall to allow selected inbound traffic

with stateful firewall on , all inbound traffic is restricted. how to configure the vpn client to allow selected inbound traffic.

can some file be modified to allow the traffic

all our clients connect to a vpn concentrator

AFAIK The firewall policy is created and maintained in the concentrator and "pushed" to the client on a sucessful VPN connection.

we also need these users to allow these connections when they bring their laptop to office. because when they bring their laptops to office the firewall is still on and the inbound connections are blocked. is there something can be done within vpn client to allow some inbound connections permanently
